How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reserving at least 60 days ahead, especially for spring and summer weekends, but can try to accommodate short-term bookings as well. Holidays book out earlier.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before the party. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund inside 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is included within 15 miles. Beyond that, we charge a small travel fee based on distance.

What's required to lock in a date?

A 50% deposit at booking. The balance is due the day of the party.

What age range do you host?

Most packages are designed for kids ages 0–5.
