How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reserving at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially for spring and summer weekends. Holidays book out earlier.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund up to 7 days before the party. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund inside 48 hours.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is included within 15 miles. Beyond that, we charge a small travel fee based on distance.

What's required to lock in a date?

A 50% deposit at booking. The balance is due the day of the party.

What age range do you host?

Most packages are designed for kids ages 3–12, but we host adult showers, sweet 16s, and milestone birthdays too. Ask us about a custom setup.

What if my child has allergies?

Tell us at booking and we'll adjust treats and activities accordingly. We can also coordinate with you on outside food.
